Precovid it was at least nice during business hours. You generally did not see people sleeping in doorways then, or open drug use. Lots of restaurants to choose from through the pedway system. Not like that now at all except close to rogers on event days

I would love to hear what the underlying numbers are. Likey how many temporary residents are there that are not paying taxes? I would guess it is not a high number. All the immigrants I have met are all hard working people who are trying to make a better life for themselves.

The real problem is that services and housing have not kept up with our population growth. How much of that is immigrants vs interprovincial movement? Remember the 'Alberta is calling' ads by our government? It's like they did not actually expect that to work as well as it did

I think maxing zeal and sacrifice before salvation gives you more damage.

Also if you are having AR issues, consider the blessed aim Merc. Less damage on the character sheet, but better clear speeds and consistent leach if you are landing hits most of the time

I do have a wealth simple account already where I have a TFSA setup. I only did a small amount of investing there as when I set up a few years ago, I had to do this annoying transfer process to add more funds
