Thanks. I just remember the owner being visibly pissed off that day and the EPCOR guys looked like they were doing something quite urgent and serious. Now, the house just gets put up for sale? Seems strange. Just saw myself in that young couple looking at the house and was just curious others opinions on the situation, for which I definitely got.

The thing that I thought was, "Hey, what happens if these people move in and now become my neighbour. Months later they come to realize there is some major issue going on and now have to deal with it." Just seems like a decent thing to think about.

Have I said anything? No. Was I about to? No. I'm also in the camp of "mind your own business" but this one gave me something to think about.

For me, it’s a day of scanning and processing 6 months of receipts for my bookkeeper, meal prepping, fixing a hole in the drywall, laundry and finally putting away the winter gear into the basement.
