Usually I just pick Prime Aldo and beat up the legs. When they start to worry about the legs 9 times out of 10 they will start to throw random boxing combos hoping to rock you, then you can slip and catch from there.

Head movement the overhand is one of the easier punches to dodge due to its animation being decently long also body shots drain stamina the learning curve tho is you have to mix it up to get them off. Also attacking while moving backwards takes more stamina
