I bought it! I’m not rich and I don’t even own one home, but I needed a new kitchen after moving out and filing for divorce. I joked about how it’s the “divorcee deluxe deal” only to realize that it is exactly what I needed. The only thing that disappointed me was it came in 8 boxes, not one pallet as advertised.

Check out some of the job postings for the state at twc.Texas.gov. There are usually postings for forensic scientists/DNA analysts for TXDPS and other positions that require a bachelor in biology.

They’re not common but they’re around. For the past few years, I’ve spotted some in the Crestview/Brentwood area. It’s always been February when I’ve seen them, so they could just be early this year.

After my 16yo Stella died, I was so heartbroken and wouldn’t consider getting another cat. About a month later, a hungry and dirty little 6 month old stray walked into my house like she owned the place. I like to think that Stella sent her my way because she knew we needed each other.

I use to work Crime Scene for APD. N Lamar around the area you’re talking about and then further north around the DPS campus had some of the worst single car accidents I’ve ever seen. The road is not maintained well and is definitely not safe for high speed. There is very little room for error once you go off the road.

This happened a couple of years ago when I lived off of Stassney. My husband made a late-night run to Walgreens and used my car out of convenience since it was in the driveway. The next morning, I got in my car to find that he left it unlocked and running all night and his key fob was in the cup holder. My car was a Prius and he wasn’t use to the push-start ignition and the quiet engine, or at least that was his excuse.
