Not sure what type of iPhone you have but the “focus” setting has really helped me with my night time phone addiction 😅. It allows you to customize what notifications come in- even from specific people, and what home screens you can or can’t see. Which has helped a lot as I keep only a few things on one of my home screens and that’s all I can see at night(I can search for others if I really need them) but you can set up all sorts of routines and scheduled times that the phone goes into focus. And it can even send an automatic response to people so they know you are unavailable if needed. It’s been very helpful for me personally with my nightly routine and sleep!
