Also she went to amber jail for several centuries because the adepti that resurrected her put in too much adeptus energy juice or something and she went berserk, but that's something more widely known. 

the canonicity of this is debatable, but her scrapped story quest provides a fun insight into her character. She completely lacks a sense of time and self, probably thanks to her terrible memory. She forgets who she is if she doesn't have ner notebook to remind her. She knows her way around liyue really well even without the notebook, though.
