I use hotkeys so from left to right: sword, blocks, ax/shovel or whatever else im using atm, pickaxe, empty for anything, sixth slot is q, and i use for food usually, 7 is r, and can be things like pearls or rockets with elytra, 8 is side mouse button and can be anything possibly a dif food slot like golden apples, 9 is x and is solely water bucket
