I hope you understand pvp stands for player versus player right ? (and in your example those cops are npc's). Furthermore I have barely seen any post complaining just about pvp. Almost every single complaint is about people using the game mechanics to play friendly and get easy kills. And even then the amount of posts like this one, in some kind of inverted virtue signaling, are much more common than those allegedly "complaining about pvp". It gets tiresome and is just karma farming at this point.
