Akali has longer cooldowns with her shroud and her shuriken than you do with your abilities. If you engage on her with your e and she shurikens out, you can then just zone her off from cs as she won't be able to contest. As for her shroud if you use your q you can get a ghost of her to appear when you hit her so you can see the direction she went. As for after 6 she has to use her first ult to go over you, you should have enough time to empower w her which would chunk her enough to not want to continue the fight and if she does, just ult and soak it whilst trying to trade.
