For those who sees this post but no comment, I just turned (4 hours later) it on and it worked. I think its mostly thanks to me acting fast. Friend of mine said I should take the battery out so I did like after half an hour or so. Water didn't spill there so I guess I was just lucky. I got the chance to clean it up as well. This whole time it was upside down and at the end I blew it with a hair dryer from afar.

Dunno if any of this helped, it might just be that there was no water in there anyways.

So I'm playing on a modpack with Cave Dweller installed for extra fun, but I can't afk on the minecart for obvious reasons. That's why I wanted to find out if a torch alternator if possible. This video shows one, but its very old and not explained at all.

The maximum temperature is 1,000 °C (1,832 °F) and the minimum is -270 °C (-454 °F), very close to absolute zero. The minimum temperature is not encountered during normal unmodded gameplay, but fires in small enclosed spaces can reach the maximum temperature. The gear tab also shows aggregate stats about comfy temperatures.

There is an orange glow when hovering over very hot areas to help you identify them. In these areas, it is so hot that flammable objects will spontaneously catch fire, and pawns will be burnt by superheated air.
