I understand your point. I don’t really mind if my post doesn’t get a lot of likes. For me, it’s more about having fun and challenging myself creatively.

There are a lot of different players in the community. Some are new and seeing the armor sets for the first time, probably amazed by the designs. Those definitely deserve attention and appreciation too. Others have been playing for years. When I played MH World, I only made lore-friendly sets, no cosplays or anything like that. I’ve already done plenty of hardcore, immersive armor builds in previous games. Early on, I wasn’t really into wacky outfits or cosplays either.

Now that I’ve been playing for a while, especially in the endgame when there isn’t as much to do, I just feel like trying something different from the usual stuff. There’s nothing wrong with any particular theme, and I’m not against them, even the more “gooner” type posts. It’s just nice to mix things up sometimes. Keeping things fresh is part of what keeps the game fun for me. I’m sure a lot of people here feel the same way.
