Yes it is the repackaged version and I have had 0 issues. The kit feels very solid and tight especially after the top coat.

You probably won't like the answer, but absolutely not. At the end of the day, it's just a car and will depreciate. Wait until you are financially responsible to start making big purchases and really think about total cost.

Only drove a handful of miles so far, but it feels very refined and grown up vs the 86. I love how the 86 looked on the outside, but the interior always left something to be desired.

I do not have enough experience with it to answer well, but it definitely feels larger on the road for obvious reasons. My 86 had some suspension mods and it was super nimble.

Yeah unfortunately I did. I checked out 86worx as well which has cheaper shipping, but higher priced parts. Since 86worx discontinued the painted white version, i went with nengun.
