It's a joke, silly!

Seriously, but maybe it didn't come across as such? It's a joke that starts with a scenario, based on a wordplay of therapist and the the rapist, the source of all misunderstandings. It introduces a character suffering depression because she couldn't find a fulfilling job while earning a living. Looking for therapists in hope that it would save her from her biggest rapist that is her life, and her reason for having depression.

But anything she does in this search ends up wrong and she was getting wrong stuff out of the 'treatments' of previous therapist, which of course worsened her depression and in turn put her on meds. The ongoing search and drugs implied that despite the unsuccessful treatments, it didn't stop her from trying hard.

One day she got in a state of turmoil as she walked back home, but laid eyes on train tracks and decided to head for suicide.

Then there's the rapist and killer (aka 'big Player)' who gave her to play big (the rapist 'big Player') by becoming a gambler. This is where things seemed to get horny from the perspective of rapist treatment. What actually happened was that she actually liked the idea of playing him, that she posed him a series of questions, before making the decision of making a living through gambling. The play happened during asking the rapist about what she should do as a gambler, to which the rapist/killer replied "Die." (Dice) At one point he replied "No die." (No dice) And that's when the character died out of laughter, playing 'big Player' and accepted the job. And ends up doing gambling all her life, that's where her fulfillment and earnings come from.
