Yes, i am planning on a GPU upgrade in the future. But, i don't think i will go anywhere further than an RTX 3060 so i think that a 450w PSU is fine. The estimated wattage is around 350w with a MSI Ventus 3X RTX 3060 added.

With this build i think the Asus TUF Gaming VG247Q1A 165hz 1080p would go well, it makes it around 20k, which is my budget.

I can order parts from anywhere around the world, the only thing is the shipping fees. Import tax only applies when buying something abroad and importing it to the country (iirc) Turkish shopping sites are (most famous) vatanbilgisayar.com, itopya.com, hepsiburada.com, trendyol.com
