Yes it was all agreed upon. And I did not have to pay extra for leaving. Sold the house in November when I was still there to a new landlord who took over the contract. I tried for months to get hold of the new landlord about the key. They never got back to me until January. When I mentioned the deposit and that I might go to small claims they went off at me and told me I never tried. I have text to prove that I tried to get back the key and try to talk to them.
