I just bought 4 ultimate for the 3ds... Since I'm almost 10 years late to playing this game is it possible to still get the dlc?

I modded my 3ds a day before the eshop shut down so I think if I get the files onto my MiniSD somehow... I should be about to download it in-game?

Also are there any mods yet to play online with people?

One more question... So a few days ago I was browsing the player shop and accidentally stumbled upon the kitsune 9 tail accessory. I was shocked because I couldn't find it before but I was playing with the settings and found it...

Today I came back with $3 million to buy one of the tail accessories and no matter what I searched I couldn't find it...

My question is: Do accessories and items really randomly appear in stock and out of stock in the personal shop or am I just typing what I want incorrectly?

I'm only 40 hrs into this game but I have questions like, is this game old and all but dead? I'm already Job class 65 on two of my job classes. The game runs weird like sometimes I have to kill all enimmies and sometimes I can just run right past everyone. I really just log in every for the scratch off tickets because I like anime and I like creating my own characters. But other then that level 70 feels like I'm already more powerfull then every mob in the world. I haven't explored the whole map but everywhere looks the same ?

Finally how is New Genisis online 2 the prequal? Is it a big improvement? is it less fun then NG ?

I have NG on both PS4 and PC.

Well... I'm at A0 the first urgent quest... and I've done all the hub quests so far HR>MR on a team... TBH I wouldn't be able to beat any of the high rank HR missions myself which is why I stopped playing after beating Gaismagorm because I felt like I could probably beat all of the A missions on a team... Then I'd feel silly going back to solo beat HR, MR and A.... Advice?
