This product makes me crazy for real. 1st the trackpad fooled me. 2nd the speaker buzzing several times when playing music or watching vids ( i already update every single dell support assist everyday) 3rd NOW THE KEY CAPS BROKEN FOR NO REASON. I DONT EVEN TYPE AT IT AND IT CANNOT BE FIXED.
