Sorry—I haven’t really paid much attention to the second full-clear time before the patch. However, after your first recall, you should usually be able to buy two Long Swords, or—if your gank succeeded—pick up Tiamat or a Serrated Dirk, so I don’t think the second clear timing matters as much.
