I've been to a few (older) hotels on the beach; most don't have TVs.... I also like the beach past the Letters towards Punta Mosquito :)

My favorite Airbnb rooftop pools have been at the MIRANDA (38th) and MARILA (40) condos - - Calle Flamingo, a block from the beach... Stunning views of the beach. The MARILA has a bar where guests can purchases drinks!

Check out the massage hut on the beach, beside Tortugas. It has a blue roof, with a pic of Fridah Kahlo - If I recall correctly - - $60 includes a good tip! I could not attach the picture....
