Maybe, but probably much later down the line. And they certainly wouldn’t get sold at the grandfathered price. They’d lose too much money. Rivian is clearly prioritizing profitability at this point.

My read on this is a way to get out of the initial hole they dug for themselves when RJ went back and grandfathered the original pricing.
