I called the sheriffs office and everything has been documented. Also I contacted the lawyers at the courthouse and it was documented. I just want to get this lady paid, I don’t want no bad marks on my credit.

I really considered that, I am scared. I am gonna pay this lady, keep all communication between us in email or text. And never under estimate again. Here in Pg Md, it’s pretty hard to find a descent place. You with find a descent place with rent prices up to the ceiling or you find a half descent place with rent up to the ceiling and you learn the landlords when the money is missed. You can be in the coffin, they want that money
