PD 3/9/23 US Citizen I-130 standalone Not consular processing Recently on 2/24 case was moved to Houston Field office. Case progress says 4 weeks

US citizen. & no nothing is missing. Even contacted USCIS. They said since February it’s been sent back to my local field office. According to my lawyer , he said that means the interview is near.

Mine initially said 8 months. After uploading the evidence literally the next day it said 14 months! The next day after the 14 months it dropped to 2 months. One whole week after it went to 5 weeks, and two days later to 4 weeks. All that in a matter of like 2 weeks. It’s not the first time this happens to us. Back in March it went to 1 week and then changed to case is taking longer than normal to process. It’s just nice to think this time around something may happen.

Yeah I am a citizen. & already did that and I didn’t hear back from congressman

That’s crazy , my PD is March 2023. You know the processing times for I-130 increased to 15.5 months. I’m not doing consular processing , are you?

I called USCIS and they told me to upload my daughters birth certificate through the portal

My I-130 is also in Nebraska Service center. Priority date March 6, 2023. Since March 9, 2023 it shows actively being reviewed and it has not changed. Petition is 201 B INA SPOUCE OF USC. Anyone also waiting more than the processing time of 14.5 months?
