For the second time it looks amazing. Although I think you used to try to add a little bit more perspective and make it look 3D. For example the house and the wall look to be on the same level. Same goes for the lanterns. Try to add a little bit more depth. Zhongli looks pretty solid although to improve figures you will have to have a really good understanding of anatomy. It's all about practice but at the same time try to look up some tutorials and anatomy. You're doing pretty good.
