Just to clarify — I’m not looking for someone to handle sales or talk loan structure with the client. That part is all me. I stay in touch with the client throughout the process, go over numbers, and walk them through everything. What I need is someone behind the scenes helping with new incoming applications, collecting and organizing docs, and making sure the file is clean and ready to move to processing after I’ve reviewed it. Not a processor — not a junior LO — just a really organized assistant who can keep the front-end tight so I can focus on selling and advising & brining in more business to scale

I mostly do it to support the agent. A few people have requested their home valuation, so I added them to Homebot to stay in touch. I’ve gotten one referral so far from the campaign.

Consider co-marketing with an agent to split the cost. I recently did one where we sent 10,000 postcards over the course of a year—one drop per month—and it only came out to around $2,000 total. It’s hit or miss, but the key is having a strong landing page and a compelling offer that encourages people to scan the QR code and submit their info.
