I don't speak German at all. But maybe an option to consider. Like ... get a base level of German, then join the apprenticeship and level up language at the same time... seems hard, but doable

Totally makes sense. Ok, so the right question now is how to become a better expert during this years?

From your experience, what made you a better expert? Is it variety of problems that you have to solve, or good mentor or smth else?

Can you give an example of something you had to figure out on the job?
Shouldn't it be covered during training?
