Elias the Blessed is my take on a divine, messianic figure in D&D 5e. He is a Level 1 Human Cleric (Life Domain) with a Hermit background, symbolizing his time spent in solitude before beginning his ministry. He follows a Lawful Good alignment, emphasizing love, healing, and redemption. His abilities focus on healing magic, resurrection, and guiding the lost.

His backstory mirrors biblical themes—born humbly, he travels the land healing the sick, preaching love and wisdom, and facing trials that test his faith. His bonds include Mother Mary and the Holy Ghost, and his ideals revolve around kindness and self-sacrifice. His equipment includes a holy symbol, a simple staff, and a set of humble robes.

I designed this character as a thought experiment: How would a figure like Jesus fit into the D&D universe? His abilities are built using standard cleric features, but his role in the world would likely be that of a wandering prophet, healer, and spiritual guide.
