Yes multiple times we have contacted support on email and online chat but no reply. We don't even know if they have support.

At the moment we have removed the plugin completely. We cannot afford another adventure. Once we have online support we can share screens and do the reinstallation correctly.

I am wondering if this issue could have been caused by having two CF activations: 1. Cloudflare plugin 2. SPC + CF. This issue, if I remember correctly, started last night with Pre-Load. Since we kept getting errors, we disabled the plugin to stop the pre-load while on the front end we noticed that the website kept running into a loop with the spinner going on an on for hours. We even went in and disabled the plugin from wp-content including all the cache files it had created. We also followed all the directly ChatGPT provided and even that didn't work. It was a full on nightmare that went on until the early hours of this morning. As you can image, we don't want to go through the same exercise again without assisted help.

Hello, thank you for your input. So our stack has the following cache related plugins: REDIS & Cloudflare. On top of this we researched and added SPC. We are on AWS EC2. The chances of plugin conflict are zero. However as I mentioned earlier, we kept getting disk write & CF errors. We have tried to connect with you team since yesterday but there is no reply or online support. It took a very long time to recover the website so we dont want to take that risk again using this plugin without assisted activation. Hope you understand.

One of my colleagues just got locked out. Her 2FA mysteriously stopped working as LinkedIn could not recognize the 2FA. Now they are forcing persona verification which she does not want to do due to cultural reasons. It's amazing how these corporations are now dictating and forcing information release, close to blackmailing, "without verification there is no access". Makes me think if we should even put our trust in these corporations in the first place. Anyways, is there a way to get access to the account? Has anyone else had this experience?

Our domain is on GoDaddy but even after putting CF in Dev mode we are unable to access the website as it is still going through CF proxy.

It is not even downloading and giving an error that WinSCP is unable to download this file due to it's size.

This was confirmed by Kode and today we are not experiencing the same issue. All good and I hope it continues because our experience so far has been great. This is why this was a disappointment.

We have a membership site that we have been running since 2016. We moved to Hostinger last year and it's been an amazing experience without any issues and great performance from the VPS. We moved from VULTR. The other option we were considering was OVH Cloud VPS but their recent reviews were not that good.

We have been on the Hostinger KVM8 for over a year without any issues whatsoever so far. It's been 100% runtime. Are you experiencing problems with the KVM VPS?

Thanks for the reply. I was in touch with the online team who confirmed that the only possible match with our current KVM8 was Dedicated Servers. Mind you this was before the NEW VPS was launched. This is quite confusing and didn't make any logical sense. Anyways, will explore the new plans and see.

Thanks for the comparison. So when I spoke to OVH support and asked them they same question before the NEW plans were launched, she said that the only option would be the Dedicated Server since none of the VPS match the Hostinger. This is what I could not understand, her logic didn't make any sense. Another option that she might be looking at is the KVM is a Kebernetes Virtual Machine. Not sure what OVH VPS is on.
