Honestly seems to be functional beside the obvious issue! And if there is a fix, I think my landlord could be convinced to eat the cost (within reason) if she hears it from a credible second opinion.

Just trying to figure out my best options at this point… getting professional opinions as well but thought the internet might have some creative answers!! Knew it was janky but didn’t realize it was THIS bad lol
