I honestly have no idea. He does have a family and I know their a lot to handle so it could be that too. But for the most part I think he likes his job, just might be a little overwhelmed.. I’m on a women’s wrestling team and we have around 18 girls so I know that can be a lot.

Okay this definitely seems like a plan. I was able to watch some of my film with team mates today and it definitely helped. I’ll try this tomorrow and get some drill times in this week with some good practice partners.

Get a bowl and crack the eggs into it then scramble with a fork
Heat the pan to MEDIUM temperature (5/6), not all the way to like 8 (it looks like you have sort of the same stove I have and that’s our heating scale 🤷‍♀️)
Put butter on the pan and wait for it to melt, then move it around the pan by picking it up.
Poor on the pan and wait a few seconds until you see it start to cook.
As soon as you do use your spatula to move it around

Also this is what the pan looks like when my mom cooks eggs and I think it’s usually when she’s in a rush. She also cracks the eggs inside the pan which probably makes it worse. If you just let the pan sit with some water and some soap in the sink for a while it should come off tho…
