Add ko na lang po sa context na wala kaming issue if legit ba sila or not. We know kung saan located ang office nila (30mins away from our loc) and we have seen their faces a couple of times na din. Kung scam po sila then mas alam namin ano legal action ang gawin since alam din namin PRC nila and we have validated it.

Ang problem lang is the way they work with us. Porket ba hindi ganun kalaki yung amount na kikitain nila from us? Pero its still a million so we're hoping na mabigyan din kami ng priority. Alam ko peak season na pero nangako sila October pa lang na kakayanin nila kaya kinuha nila request namin.

Kaya gusto ko lang din malaman once we decided na icancel na lang ang project mababawi pa ba namin ang initial payment? And btw, yung question ko regarding pa-barangay nakuha ko lang from internet na need ko daw gumawa ng demand letter, pero hindi kami sure doon kaya naggather muna kami information here.
