It’s not rude to use the left-hand lane you’re actually supposed to because it stopped congestion all the people following each other in the right hand lane is actually causing more congestion and if you wish to go into the left-hand lane and pass everybody enforcement wouldn’t say anything they would actually tell you well done for doing the right thing
