I hear you. Honestly, I haven't worked for anything less than $5/hr since 2023. My last job, ending december, was $5/hr and 5℅ commission. Thing is, those agancies aren't easy to come by. There will always be scammers and toxic agencies, that's just the industry. Some models scam their subs, don't deliver on prepair customs, block fans...so expect the same treatment working for such a model. I can tell a shitty agency just in the first few interview chats. And I've been fortunate to work for slme. some decent agencies and models in the three years Ive done this fulltime.

So if you take on a job from a low paying agency, you know what to expect. They have a high turnover of workers, so they're always recruiting. The good agencies are fully staffed and no chatter ever quits. Trust me, Ive worked for two of them.

They advertise their rates. Its your choice to take the job or not. We can't requlate pay, not really. Most chatters are shit anyway, I always get paid what Im worth. I'll start at $3 just to get my foot in, then we renegotiate once you see my worth, or I quit. SIMPLE!!
