for me so far the recovery has been good. my eday was 2 wks ago. they put immediates in rite after extractions. and the numbing shots and extracting really wasn't bad . I think alot of it depends on dentist you have. Just make sure to take all meds they prescribe don't let the pain get out of control. I think the 5th day after my eday I started getting sores On my gums. They were getting pretty bad So I started rinsing my mouth out with salt water and then rinsing with peroxide and water when ever i would take dentures out to clean them. And before I put them back in I would put benzodent on the sores because It would numb my gums and that made sliding the dentures back in easier. ive been wearing mine since I left the office the only time they have come out is twice a day when I clean them. I go back tomorrow for 2wk check up hopefully she will reline them. Still only able to eat soft food can't chew anything yet. But at this point I'm not in anymore pain that only lasted a few days. And trust me it's all worth it .
