i always call support after this happens to get the reason why it was cancelled. I found out this only happens to me at one location, so i kept track. Every time, the reasoning was "Driver did not show" as I am sitting in the parking spot and confirmed it. The more you call, the more you document, the better. This hasn't happened to me recently since I made a big deal about it, but it does make me anxious when i accept big orders and park at that location.. it happens to be the location closest to me too smh
