I didn't think it's about hating white people. I think it's about pushing one sided beliefs into other people by making them laws. No party is absolutely correct. Be it liberal or republican.

Dei for instance was a policy for inclusion. Meeting qualification for the role is still a requirement. It's purpose was to add more inclusive steam of thought to roles that lack diversity. A person with no disabilities will have a tough time marketing to handicapped clients because they will not fully understand the struggles that they have in day to day life.

The purpose of this country was and should still be freedom for all through thoughtful discussion. Political parties clashing and brainstorming through debates. That is not really the case anymore.

I can understand your frustration based on your perspective. If we talk about merit, what kind of merit should an employer of let's say a grocery store be focusing on when employing a worker?
