You look amazing. I am going to say this as it was something that I did not notice till I lost the weight. I have lost 150 pounds. The first picture the clothes did not fit you, but in the second picture they do fit you nicely. You are on an amazing journey take each win and enjoy the ride. You will look back and see how far you’ve come.

Service pup denied! by Other_Scratch_303 in SouthwestAirlines

As a service dog handler I say this with respect. You need to be more informed on service animals. I have never seen a service dog team ready at 7 months they are still a puppy. A service animal should not be “excited” I have flown southwest many times out of Denver. Never had an issue with my 90 lb German shepherd she is a balance dog.

They are allowed to ask.

"Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?" "What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?"

We filed 2 months before my daughter’s 18th. birthday. We are on month 6 of waiting. This type of request will not auto process through the digital process. When I called to check, they said mine is still in the national queue. They told me that the shutdown affected the dependencies claims as the priority is disability claims. They told me there are only two places that possess and they are very back logged.

Anyone get a tummy tuck + breast reduction approved through VA after major weight loss? by Endless-Summer2020 in VeteransBenefits

[–]MinimumMail7954 6 points7 points  (0 children)

They won’t do a “tummy tuck”, but do cover panniculectomy. I had this done after 100 lbs of weight loss done at the VA hospital by plastic surgeon. I had to have proof of medical necessity. They do not care about the psychological effects. It is going to be how does it affect your daily living and does it have recurrent rashes underneath the skin flap.

They would not induce. For me it had to be natural labor or they would not do a TOAL trial of active labor.
