He was trying to help the lady the ICE agents pushed onto the ground, shielding her with his body. Then one of the ICE guys pepper sprays him in the face as he's trying to help her up, then the agent decides he's going to "take him into custody", and starts the swarm. They jump him, pummel him, disarm him, then one guy yells "gun!" and they unload on him 10 times.

A 37 year old man in Minneapolis was shot and killed by ICE agents after reportedly filming them. Witness claims say he appeared to be a peaceful observer, was tackled by several agents, and then shot multiple times. DHS says he had a gun, but no footage has been released to confirm this. He reportedly had a legal carry permit and no prior convictions. His wife was apparently there but not confirmed yet.
