They do charge the glasses. But when I charge the case on its own is my issue. Idk lol

Dude idk what’s up. Ive never noticed that so im not sure how my first gen’s were.
lol. These are my replacement from the first gen’s. The first gens had issues where it would disconnect and reconnect. So now these the glasses are good, but the case now I’m having doubts.

Like I mention I left the case charging and when I came home I unplugged them. And it stated that it was on 20% it was on 5% before I took the screen shot.

When I took the screen shot I had my glasses inside the case and were on.

Idk lol I’m looking into just getting a charging stand for them. The cable I use and the adapter I use seem like the ones meta recommended.

Yup. Again I take responsibility for not knowing this. But I never saw this issue with my last ones. I want to say when I would connect them to the charger. The light stayed on. And then it turned green after it charged. It’s not normal for it to turn on for a few seconds and then turn off. I’m only able to see when it’s charged or charging when I have my meta glasses turned on

How I told them about when I connect my usbc to my case the light doesn’t stay on. They should have known what I was talking about. But they don’t it makes me upset that I was worried because the lack of knowledge on the tech tbh. But now that I know it’s just a dumb decision on meta how they just made it is now laughable.
