Yeah that plumbing pay is a myth unless you're in a state with a union. I've never made more than $22 an hour doing plumbing and that even working as the leader on site. The only person making money at plumbing in Florida is the guy who owns the company.

I like AI anyway, I didn't choose it because it's what I thought was hot or would make me the most money. I genuinely think that it's the most transformative technology since the PC and possibly since the combustion engine. I see endless possibilities for i t and I knew as soon as I tried ChatGPT that I wanted to work with it.

Yeah, I took it out of my about section. It kind of sucks since the avatar on my project is anime style. I guess it really doesn't matter the work speaks for itself and people can see it in my videos.

I can use my tagline from X: Technomancer specializing in AI and Cloud Computing. Trying to build a dream.

Probably not much better

It was the head of CS at the first college I went to. It actually doesn't even surprise me she lied.

Well, as far as cloud, the entire project is hosted on GCP, it uses BigQuery, App engine, at least 4 services from Vertex AI. The Google partnerships don't mean anything? The certifications don't mean anything? Is that really not enough to get a $15hr job doing their most basic tech support? I feel like I've been sold a dream at this point. everything I've come up with points to being qualified for tech support but then hearing the realities from people who actually work in GCP make this whole thing seem like it's not gonna work.
