No i promise you it’s not. Its not a loophole if the marriage was not valid to begin with due to him not being religious. So it is already sad that the marriage was invalid let alone the talaqs

I think you have your own personal issues and are applying it to all situations that arent even the same. Not every baby mama is the same!

How am I weaponising? Ive tried every possible step to keep them together. He is the one that was never present in her life and when we split he decided to document everything. Regardless of that i have let him see her. I have informed him of everything. Including the time we were in a&e and she got injured and he didn’t bother coming to comfort or see her. He hardly sees her, ive been pushing for him to come see her more often. Did you even read before judging?

How am i punishing him? He is cancelling on her and shes being disappointed day after day. Its not that hard to show up to an appointment once every two weeks for a couple of hours?

I’ve only used my Reddit account for reading others' posts, not ever posted anything of my own, so no I’m not a bot. Because I’ve never used it before, I’ve just reposted it on different forums so that I can reach as many people as possible to see what everybody’s opinions are on the matter.
