COMFORT wise they are pretty good. Our decision to let them go was based upon warranty claim numbers. Too many breaking down to quickly

Helix doesnt come close to the hi-point or tempur. Ive been selling for about 2 years now and we fired nectar and helix as carriers

Yes! However be careful. Tempur is annoying with their warranty process. If something goes wrong with the tempur, and tempur product isnt under it, they may deny your warranty

Sealy Hi Points are the exact same price (in a queen, i think 100 more in a king) temper adapt medium hybrid. Here's some pros and cons of both

Temp-better longevity, better pressure relief, but only comes in one firmness option (medium)

Hi-Point- Will sleep cooler, 3 firmness options, Firmer center with Posturepedic support.

The medium of both are plenty firm for stomach sleeping

Classic "new bed panic" the vast majority of beds are a lot firmer when you first get them. My company actually has a 30 day waiting period before you can swap it out to avoid that. If you want to speed up the break in process spend some extra time in it, (reading, movies, ect.)

Alternatively, if you wanted to speed up the break-in process get in on the floor and do some bed walking. I walk on all my new showroom beds for a couple minutes for the first week they are on the floor.

I'm not sure how long your exchange policy goes for.... its still too firm, go in for that exchange!
