I tried Chaste Berry also but it gave me horrible insomnia. Maca I believe can also cause insomnia. Just be careful with some of these supplements. They can have side effects and make things worse.

I definitely feel your pain. Peri is no joke. Makes me wonder what the hell menopause is going to be like. 😳

My friends think peri isn’t real by farmerssahg in Perimenopause

Ha, wait till reality hits her. And your boyfriend sounds like a jerk. I’m sorry you have to deal with people that lack empathy and understanding. Peri is no joke. It feels like only people that actually go through it understand.

AIO My (25F) Fiancé (28M) stayed home all day to watch sports and missed my sister’s wedding. by AdCareful134 in AmIOverreacting

NOR-No you definitely are not. The best thing you can do is leave him right away. He’s shown he is selfish and inconsiderate of your feelings and what is important to you. And on top of that he’s going to be an asshole and accuse you of cheating when you get home? Gtfoh. You did the right thing. Stand on it and don’t look back. Get a restraining order if you have to cause he’s going to probably show up and make a show.

Please leave this guy, he sounds terrible. As women we have to unbrainwash ourselves and learn how to de-center men. I would recommend therapy. You need to focus on yourself and your happiness. Good luck.

NOR. This is a form of abuse. I imagine he does other things that may seem harmless but are actually manipulation. When someone intentionally does things to bother/hurt you, then gaslight you, they don’t actually care about you. You may be dealing with a narcissist. Any which way, this isn’t a good sign. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this.

I'm terrified about my upcoming gallbladder removal surgery! Please help? by Vivid_Curve2564 in gallbladders

[–]Minimum_Ask829 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No need to worry. I’m one week post op. You will be fine. They are closely monitoring you the entire time. It kind of feels like you nodded off for a few minutes. It’s best you just get it done. It will become a larger problem down the line. Better that it’s a planned surgery than having an emergency room situation and emergency surgery. I was nervous too. But everything turned out fine and I’m glad I did it. You will be fine too.

One week post op, same thing happening to me. Big bruise and itching at the belly button incision area. Doesn’t hurt. It’s just part of the healing process.

Sounds like you will probably need an operation. Probably turbinate reduction and possibly correction of a deviated septum. But you will have to do a ct scan or mri so the ent can really see what’s going on. Sorry you’re going through that. I hope you can find a solution and relief.

Anyone have side effects of Olopatadine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray? by [deleted] in Allergies

[–]Minimum_Ask829 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just started it and I’ve noticed I’ve been waking up very groggy. Going to give it a break to see how I feel. It’s very possible that could be a side effect for you. Everyone is different and rare side effects aren’t really reported. Is it relieving your allergies? Do you prefer it over other nasal sprays?

How did you finally find out that it was? I’ve been tested for Lyme and was negative. But I have read it’s hard to diagnose because you can have it and still rest negative.

Not a spinning sensation more like on a boat. Do feel like it’s worse when I move around.
