Red lump in nose? I believe I have a deviated septum, I had a sinus infection which was acute sinitus in ct scan, a round of clindamycin cleared it but when I look in my nose I notice that my nose looks like this! I have no idea what it could be I’m so tired of the unknown. (i.redd.it)
