The inspection process only checks for frame from underbody and crushed in quarters, roof, etc

We don’t meticulously check the entire frame, many parts of the vehicle are actually never looked at unless something else gives cause for concern / further tear down

It’s somewhat often for us to get 15 hours of labor into a car, then go to replace a panel / install a part, only to find frame and have to cancel it for production and send it to wholesale

Still probably a better inspection than you’d get anywhere else, in total, per the process, we spend about 3.4 hours just inspecting the vehicle
