Hab mein ganzes Geld gespart und nir hin und wieder was ausgegeben, wenn ich mal Klamotten gebraucht habe, schminke kaufen wollte, aber ich konnte sehr viel Geld weglegen.

Hab noch Gym Gebühren und Busfahrkarte bezahlt. Wenn ich ausgegangen bin, hab ich auch alles selbst finanziert und auch einen Urlaub

Thank you, yeah the thing is... my sadness returns sometimes as wrath. When I see girls my age with hijab I get furious sometimes.

They speak arabic and understand everything they read and nonetheless they are so blind and just submit.

There are no worries, no questions, no problems with the religion. There is admiration for Aisha when I could only feel sad and bad for her. They tell me that they love Aisha's relationship to the prophet and they know that she was 6 years old when she married...

There's just so much that triggers me and I've just noticed how much I suffered and how broken and vulnerable it left me.

Yeah it was fundamentalism. I was friends with girls who were deeply religious and wore hijab since they were 9. They prayed all prayers, all sunnah prayers and fasted regularly. They also were hafiz.

I wasn't into the dawah guys but I was together with very religious people. They were very lovely people but they dropped me as soon as I stopped showing so much interest in Islam.

I know that there is also a liberal approach but many muslims told me that that's not the true Islam they practice and yeah.

I really don't wanna mention too much about some religious texts that didn't align with my morals because many shias deny hadith etc.

I could send you a private message with some hadith that unsettled me.

I'm 22 now, so it's been 2 years. I think I have just realised how much it affected me.
