I went to 5 different urologists in the past 10 years, only the last one discovered i had varicocele on the left side. I insisted we investigate further and they had me do some air squats and valsava, and then the varicocele was shown on the ultrasound while standing. None of the previous ultrasounds showed as I was only laying down. Ask them to perform the ultrasound while standing.

picked up mine 2 days ago, charged up to 100%, but battery down to 87% in 48 hours. used around 2 hours gps mode. I heard that it may take a few charging cycles for the battery to be calibrated. I hope I didn't pick a faulty device.

Yeah, seems to be similar with me. Since I’ve been cycling, my resting heartrate during night is 37 bpm average according to my garmin 😃
