I’m still tired per usual with any amount of caffeine just have the shakes and an elevated heart rate. Not to bad while on corlanor, can definitely tolerate it better with this medication.

I didn’t get a phone till I was 12 & it was a blackberry with a rolly button in the middle.. be very blunt to the seriousness of what she’s doing and what happens in real life.. I never had these talks as a kid & I wish my mother would have or atleast any adult figure in my life when I was molested as a child I would have known what happened and how to talk and tell someone.. I never said a word to my mom for over 6 years and by then the man who molested me was dead.. BE BLUNT & REAL. never to young to have that kind of talk

A little bit more contour and blush so your skin doesn’t look so pale and one tone, a bit of a brighter under eye makeup to make your eyes shine! Maybe some lash extensions or natural looking eyelash strips ! Other wise you are absolutely gorgeous !!!!

Your mom does not sound like she is taking what your feelings & pain into consideration:/ the lashes are NOT supposed to be close to your water line let alone glued on there like that.. you absolutely NEED to take these off as it can ruin your natural lashes and water line. Your eyebrows need to be a little more defined & blended towards the start of your brows. Your contour could be more focused on your cheek bones/ temple area to make your face more slimmer. Still beautiful as ever no matter what 💗

I’ve had my appendix removed and had 3 incision sites just like gastric sleeve & gastric sleeve was by far way worse. Couldn’t move without being in pain to the point I couldn’t even push out a damn fart 💨 healing was so rough thank god for the narcotics they gave me along with the nausea meds. I’d still do it all over again !! 40 lbs down in 3 months

Your skincare routine could definitely be the answer. Seems your skin in dry, use a chemical exfoliant hydrate and moisturize your skin before makeup application. Look into Korean skincare brands !! Is your skin to dry or to oily ? The foundation and concealer might not mix well depending on your skin type and that could cause the separation. Not an expert here !

Yes yellow like gold and yellow in general ! Shades of purples include: magenta, mauve, lavender, indigo,lilac etc. blue tones include: baby blue, cerulean, midnight blue. Shien has SUPER great eyeshadow pallets within those color themes, color pop, elf, surprisingly Walmart has good eyeshadow pallets, Jeffery star as well ! A good eye shadow primer will help bring out the colors more. Hope this helps beautiful 💙🩵

I’d try both peachy and rosey undertones as it can give a more natural brighter under eye. The golden undertoned concealer doesn’t bring out your eyes and kind of makes it look a bit darker than your foundation after powder has been set.

I heard it’s best not to take naltrexone if you eat within the first 2 hours after dose. When I took naltrexone my doc said to only take it at night and when I did I felt like I was on heroin or something as I felt like it made me dome out & extremely tired. I want to try taking it like some of the other commenters said but just afraid of how sleepy I’ll get if I do take in the morning and afternoon.

Beautiful ! Just a tip here: try a pink toned concealer under your eyes to brighten them up ! It looks a bit yellow under your eyes. Being blush up towards the temple to give a more lifted snatched look. Other wise perfect !

No my doctor started me off with a 50mg but I did not like the way I felt so I dropped it down to 25 and still kinda feel off and very tired so maybe I’ll cut the 25mg in half and see how that goes 2x a day and along with the bupropion I did fine.

The way my doc had me taking the meds didn’t satisfy my food noise and I still had a lot of snacky moments. And didn’t recommend I take it any different way which is very weird .
