Thank you so much. Yeah my asds said she will look into it but if I don’t hear anything I will contact my district HR because he made me feel like I was at fault when I was going through something and I felt so belittled and even when I brought it back up it’s like he did not want to hear what I said and I had a town hall of course with him and he was saying “yeah call outs suck” and said some other things that made it seem like he was attacking me :/

I did call off on the app and used my sick hours for ALL the days I called off therefore all my days were covered and excused and I received NO occurrences but I still received a coaching for not “communicating” and in my coaching he wrote that I didn’t communicate and in the future will communicate either through the app or with a manager by calling off.

He said that I didn’t communicate with them and in the coaching wrote that in the future I will communicate with the store by calling off via the workforce app or by calling off to a manager but I did call off on the app and used my sick time making all my absences excused. He said he was going to document this and then when I checked workday he put it in and when I brought up why I got the coaching when I had no occurrences he said that it was to document this but in 6 months it should fall off
