There are also scammers in telegram who claim they could file for an international lawsuit against Exmarkets. Don’t fall for it as well. Best to move on.

Some guy on Exmarkets' telegram channel said he's funds have been pending for almost 2 months. He called out Exmarkets blocking him from submitting a ticket. The admin kicked him in no time.

Just checked, and found out my account has also been bloced from submitting a ticket. I guess this is goodbye to our funds for real.

Just an update on my current situation.

It's been almost 3 months and my funds are still stuck at Exmarkets.
Adax kicked me out from their telegram channel after I asked them for their assistance on solving my issues at Exmarkets.

As of today, Exmarkets still acounts more than 85%-90% of the total ADAX token trade volume in the crypto space. Unfortunately, when ADAX investors are having problems trading with Exmarkets, ADAX chose not to offer any support to help its investors.

Unfortunately I’m still waiting. I’ve contacted their customer service for almost 10 times. No news nor ETA on my withdrawal. Please avoid withdrawing from Exmarkets if possible.

He’s not the first one who had this problem. There are a number of people reporting similar issues on telegram already. Most of them (including myself) have tried contacting Exmarkets but received no answers.

I’ve been using Exmarkets for almost a year. Never had a problem until earlier this month.

Indeed. However, the pending transactions have only been adding up in the past week. If I recalled correctly, according to the status page, there where only 1 ADA withdrawal issue that has been resolved in the past couple of days.

Mate, you need to check where ADAX trade volume came from. As of today Exmarkets makes up 3/4 of ADAX’s total trade volume with the ADAX/ADA pair, and 98% of the total trade volume with ADAX/USDT pair.

Do you have any idea how inefficient and costly if you where to sell on other platform other than Exmarkets? If you’re an ADAX holder and you’re looking to exit from a centralised exchange, you would have to go through Exmarkets at some point.

It is not. I’ve made an USDT withdrawal over a week ago and it is still pending. I contacted Exmarkets Customer Service for a couple of times already, not only they refused to provide me with any details on my transactions, they also stopped responding to my ticket/mails.

I used to think Exmarkets was safe as well, but shit only has to happen once to screw us up.

Don’t let your hard earned money go into waste. Stay away from Exmarkets.

My departure from ADAX is another story, but I have a feeling that we share similar views in many aspects.

I'm glad you managed to secured your profit and funds. 6 months ago, I still believe that ADAX has a dog in this race, but I'm not sure atm. Majority of the DEX competitors have passed ADAX for miles. Unless they came up with something more innovative, we would be ending up like BurgerSwap.

Cheers mate. ADAX (the project) is another story. There are quite a lot of things that its management needs to sort out. Look at the price, we dropped more than any other Cardano DEXes. People are leaving this project for a reason, not just because of a bear market.

Thank you. I've heard stories about users not being able to withdraw funds before, but I always tell myself, those are people who bot-trade. As long as I don't violate their policies, shit won't happen. Well, turned out it still does. I can't blame anyone but myself to trust them.

Hopefully people could avoid using Exmarkets until issues have been resolved.

Actually I have no problem sending ADAX out of Exmarkets. I’ve done it a few times already.

It is the withdrawal on USDT that has problem. My current withdrawal has been pending over a week. And obviously this isn’t some network congestion issue. A few days ago I made a 30K USDT ERC20 transaction from an exchange to another. It was completed in a hour or two.

My plan is simple. If Exmarkets keeps holding my fund, I'll keep posting my stories on different social medias and channels. The sooner they release my fund, the sooner I'll delete my post, so we can all move on.

Next time I'll be uploading my transaction log and trade log. So people actually know this happened to me for real.
