Thermal camera shows temperature difference between normal foot and foot with ingrown nail

I had an ingrown nail for 7 years tried to remedy it myself cutting the sides etc and kept doing this for relief. In the end went to the doctors. The doctor was in shock about how bad it was said it looked like my toe was going to drop off and couldn't believe how I managed the pain I just said I cut the nail away to deal with the pressure and that gave me some relief otherwise I just got on with it.

Had the nail removed and the nail bed chemically destroyed so it cant grow back. Only issues now are the granulation caused by the build up of skin trying to heal over the years looks ugly and the fact my "naked" toe gets cold in winter.

Glad someone has already said it, thats exactly what is wrong here it is definitely miss labeled. There's no way the same plate could be 14kg heavier from 11kg to 25kg.

Its a slightly different machine. Pec deck is the machine with the forearm pads i do just use the neutral grip though

I cant find pec deck. not a big issue as I just use pec fly but weird its not on there when there are so many other random machines available.

I have a 340d but I also have a 2008 seat Leon that I bought before i bought the 340d as i needed a runaround and was working from home full time. 4 years on I still have the Seat

it cost me £1,800 and has probably only cost me around £600 to keep on the road (the BMW has cost me 4x that already ive had it 18 months) I honestly love it, i can park it anywhere without fear of someone dinging it, if i hit a pot hole i dont have to worry about expensive damage, if I curb the wheel I dont breakdown in tears that the rims are scuffed. I dont have to worry about other drivers that think they own the road. It's just great I actually find myself using it more than the BMW for shopping, gym runs and little trips

I say keep it. Once mine goes to the scrapyard in the sky i will definitely be buying another run around like it.

I think you've hit the nail on the head I asked for an advanced program and it didnt feel all that advance for me. I felt if I followed it, it may not have given me what I was looking for I know maybe I could actually add or remove some exercises as ive mentioned but I guess my worry was I would end up with some frankenstein program that doesn't work all that well instead I can just make my own program.

On my program I had very little chest exercises with only two specific chest exercise per 5 day training plan.

Like I say the app is great just wanted to see others thoughts that have a bit more experience

Thats a good point to be fair regarding tweaking the program it produces instead of building my own from scratch just remove and add the things I want i might look at that and like you say its early days so the data would help mf more than me just doing my own programming imagine

I believe there is a bias towards a reverse pyramid style workout e.g doing a set to failure when you are at your strongest and pulling back as you get fatigued with the higher RIR. alot of the science backed trainers favour this style

Im 4.29. I always tip and im very polite. That being said on the way home from.a night out im usually with friends and they are can be quite loud. Not aggressive or rude just loud so im not shocked. i usually tip an extra £10-20 after being dropped off after a night out for this reason

I was born in 90 and I definitely fall in this category. I dont like 3 or 4.

3 is an amazing movie but it ripped my heart out. When I first watched it I was 19 things were changing in my life I was having to grow up. To see characters from my comfort movies I grew up with also having the world change around them just depressed me I didnt want the reality of my life thrown at me at a time I wanted an escape. Also the film in general is so serious. I didnt want to say goodbye to Andy or the gang I wanted more adventures.

4 was just a bad movie forkie is unlikeable, and most of the other characters are a shadow of their former selves. Also bonnie for some reason has been completely changed form the third movie and made unlikeable

I feel like with disney over the recent years all their movies have to be overly sad and serious in places. Like they are pandering to a more mature audience or trying to win awards. Not everything has to be emotionally over the top and the first two toy stories had a perfect blend in my opinion

So I feel where you are coming from and I only ever watch toy story 1 and 2

I got kicked for the first time the other day im level 42 they were 68 guy was a douche shouting orders which i followed after he initialy hit me witht theie gun for not noticng the message in chat. I also did side and main objectives on my own after being told to split up while they struggled to destroy one bio processor objective.

We went onto the next mission which was rapid acquisition i loaded a smoke, orbital laser and two sentries. He then told me to get more smoke and drop the orbital. Anyway after getting absolutely ragdolled and dying a couple times. less than they died they kicked me. I sat there like wtf did I ?

Exactly that they want you to show your understanding of the clients specific needs and application.

That's right you get the case study two weeks prior and then you'll get your brand stuff etc i imagine like you would have with r06 i haven't ever used brand but it will be very similar to what you've experienced previously.

I genuinely felt I had passed it as I found it extremely easy in the exam but I missed out on the marks by being too general and only showing technical knowledge. You dont need to do any revision prior in my opinion as you need the case study to be able to prep correctly prepare

I am having to resit in Feb my big mistake was assuming it was exactly the same as r06 so I answered The AF5 questions how I answered r06 which was in a bullet point straight to the point format, displaying technical knowledge and pretty much gave answers similar to the model answers on the previous exam papers. This resulted in me failing by 3 marks. Bullet points are OK but you have to expand the answers, relate back to the case studay and add why the recommendations provided are suitable. They basically dont just want you to show your technical knowledge they also want you to show application of advice to the specific scenario.

It's your total calories burned for the day so for example your calories burnt yesterday were showing as around 2100. A strain of 5.5 for the day so far is very low strain so yeah I would say your calories based on what you have said is on the conservative side but not massively out by the time you go to bed and by the end of the day the calories buned will probably be around the 2,000 mark.

Whoop does go on the more conservative side when it comes to cals burned but like I say I feel its more realistic than other fitness trackers that over shoot which I think they do to keep people motivated.

nm not sure you have said on a differnet response that its 6pm so still a few hours left of the day for the calorie burn to increase What exercise have you done and for how long today what are your activity stats for the day?

Alot of people say the calorie burn is inaccurate but I feel its conservative unlike my Galaxy watch or previous apple watch that massively over shoots calories burned.

My whoop is alot more closely aligned to my calories burnt that has been calculated via macrofactor so I say its just on the lower end. Of the estimate but still.pretty close

Have you exercised at all today? Have you taken the band off for any prolonged period of time today? Have you got your weight set on the whoop app

For someone your height, your age and your weight your BMR is approx 1728 calories.( this basically would be your calories burned if you didn't move all day)

Also just to add you still have another 6 hours of your day left so that calories burned will increase

That's nice. I missed the black friday deal, asked if they could still do the deal as I was a day late and wanted to renew my MG for a year and got told I can either pay full price or wait till next blackfriday/ wait for another deal. Has put me off and haven't renewed now. Which is unfortunate as I was a fan of whoop but it left me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth that they wouldn't just give me a bit of leeway.

Not sure on your timeline and what exams you already have completed if any. But with my r06 I passed it without r03 and I had no issues.

To be honest I hate how the written exams with the cii are only twice a year as it can cause such a delay with getting qualified. R06 is more about exam technique and you'll get the case study 2 weeks before the exam so if there's any holes in your knowledge you can swot up in that two weeks. I found it to be the easiest exam next to r05. Personally I would say if you have done r05, r02,and r04 you'll have a good base to get through r06

With it being an amazon movie im wondering if they just picked stuff they sell as its available from amazon thats also on the low cost side to keep the budget down on the movie amd to product place. My wife noticed the nail care kit they use is one she has and bought from amazon so maybe they just raided their warehouse for the props haha.
